I ve worked with many people who didn t think they d ever own a home, and had the privilege of handing them the keys. I ve worked with others who had tried to sell a home for two years, just as the market was taking its tumble, and got them out of that property by getting sold in just 45 days.

A native Angeleno, I ve lived and worked in various neighborhoods throughout the San Gabriel and San Fernando Valleys for over 20 years.

I tell my clients what they can expect of me, and I tell them what I expect of them. This is a partnership and we work together to get a property sold...period.

I got hooked on real estate when I saw how difficult it was to work with an agent when my mom & dad decided to sell their home they'd lived in for nearly 20 years.
 I could see first hand the lack of professionalism and communication skills that this agent possessd. I can recall asking my parents why they hired this agent and why this agent isn't following through with all of their promises they made during their listing presentation? 

I decided to use my BA in Communications from Cal State LA, and my broadcast experience to communicate with buyers and sellers. Being a  former all-state college footbal athlete and captain of my team I'm used to being a leader.

I love my job and I love my life. As a husband and father of two of the most wonderful women in the world, I understand how important a home is, and how critical to a family s finances a home or investment property is.
